Our approach

A clear method, from first discussion to implementation.

Each engagement follows a structured four-step approach, aimed at a precise understanding of needs and directly usable deliverables.

Methodology

Four steps.

  1. 01

    Understanding

An initial discussion to understand the client’s context, needs and objectives.

This first exchange clarifies the situation, the questions to address and expectations. It leads to a clearly defined scope of work.

  2. 02

    Analysis

Review of the available information, identification of key issues and an assessment tailored to the scope of the engagement.

Information provided by the client, interviews and additional research are used in a structured way to bring out the real issues.

  3. 03

    Recommendations

Practical recommendations, delivered as summary documents or action plans depending on the service.

Recommendations are prioritised, reasoned and written to be directly usable by management and their teams.

  4. 04

    Support

Optional follow-up on implementation, with adjustments as the project evolves.

Where agreed, follow-up sessions support implementation, review progress and adjust actions.

Deliverables

Concrete documents, adapted to each service.

The nature and format of deliverables are set out in the proposal, according to the scope of the engagement.
  • Business reports

Structured written analysis of a question, the information reviewed and the conclusions.

  • Market assessments

Market, competitor and trend information gathered and summarised for a decision.

  • Commercial recommendations

Prioritised, reasoned recommendations on offer, customers, sales approach and development.

  • Operational action plans

Actions, owners, deadlines and indicators to move from analysis to execution.

  • Tracking dashboards

Simple tools to follow progress on agreed actions and indicators.

  • Meeting notes

Written records of working sessions, decisions and next steps.

Transparency

How do our services work?

Each assignment is based on the needs expressed by the client. After an initial discussion and the definition of the scope of work, a written proposal or service agreement sets out the objectives, the services to be provided, the deliverables and the fees.

Services can be delivered remotely or on site, as one-off assignments, defined service packages or recurring support agreed by contract.

Fees are agreed in advance according to the scope and nature of the work, as a fixed fee, a package price or a recurring fee. Invoices are issued under the agreed terms and settled by bank transfer.

  1. 01

    Initial enquiry

The client describes their context and needs.

  2. 02

    Scope of work

Objectives, questions to address and expected deliverables are defined.

  3. 03

    Proposal and quotation

A written proposal sets out the services, deliverables and fees.

  4. 04

    Delivery and invoicing

The work is carried out, deliverables are handed over and the client is invoiced as agreed.
